I am looking for the medium composition for multiplication of Eucalipstus 'Azura'. Right now we use MS with metatopoline and glucose. Some shoots stay green but are small. Maybe sombody can help me....

MS medium is okay, you may increase some concentration of calcium chloride. Why are you metatopoline and glucose. I suggest in place of glucose you use sucrose. Incorporate some cytokining may be BAP.

MS or half strength MS is good enough. Sucrose is a preferred carbon source. Please refer to the paper below for further information.

Since it is a woody plant, you should try WP (woody plant) medium. It gives good result than MS medium
