Dear all,

I tested the effect of a compound on PBMC from healthy donor and I observed changes of percentage of some immune subsets. Specifically, I observed:

1) A strong increase of percentage of CD4+ CD25+ but the percentage of CD4+CD25+Foxp3+ was unchanged

2) A strong increase of percentage of CD16+ CD25+ but the percentage of CD16+CD25+CD56+ (NK) was unchanged

3) A strong increase of percentage of CD14+ CD25+

4) A strong increase of percentage of CD14+ CD11c+

5) An increase of percentage of CD1a+ CD11c+

6) A decrease of percentage of CD14+ CD11b+

7) A strong decrease of percentage of CD14+ CD206+

Further, in this condition I evaluated the expression of a set of cytokines and I found a strong increase of CCL2, IL1b, IL8, IL17A, IL17F, IFNg and a reduction of IL13, CSF1 and CSF2.

Someone can help me to decipher this phenotype? In your opinion, these immune subsets could play a pro-tumoral or anti-tumoral role?
