MCF10A infection failure ?

I have a problem in infection step for MCF10A by Lenti virus 3ed generation ( VSVG , GAG-pol and PWZL.hygro H-Ras G12V), it did not work ,but it works with Lenti lox GFP ? Could you please suggest the possible reasons for Lenti virus infection failure ?
