Hi Kiriakos,

I would suggest to confirm results from an RNA based analysis with another RNA based analysis (PCR and Northern).

If you want to confirm the expression level of the expressed functional protein and want to do LC-MS be aware that mRNA levels and protein levels are not always giving the same results.
