Removing glycerol by lyophilisation would be - mildly put - difficult.

I'm doing immunoprecipitation for selecting immunodominant Ags. At there, I use Laemmli buffer as the elution buffer which separates target proteins from the beads.

I found that, lyophilization buffer is impossible due to glycerol and mercaptoethanol.

Are there any other buffers we can use as elution buffers in immunoprecipitation?
