TMB SUBSTRATE FOR WESTERN BLOT???

How can we convert TMB of ELISA for western blot by converting soluble TMB product of ELISA into insoluble with addition of 0.05% sodium nitroprusside? Can I use ELISA TMB substrate for Western blot?
