My lab is venturing into new territory by testing the affects of different antibodies on bacterial uptake/phagocytosis by macrophages. Does any one have a general phagocytosis protocol, especially when using PHrodo labeling for downstream application is flow cytometry? We are open to a virtual meeting or conference call to discuss if further details is needed (eg. pitfalls, confounding variable, etc.)

I worked many years ago on macrophage opsonophagocytosis assay but allowed the use of Candida (yeast) very simply.
But I think you are looking for any sophistication on Cytometry Flow.
Probably is the same way just use fluorescent antibodies against receptor macrophages as Fc-gamma or something like this, or use the next protocol and you can modify what you need.
