Dear Experts,
I am going to estimate land surface temperature in a cloudy city and prepare its LST map for further analysis. I searched among Landsat images of the case study , but, the cloud coverage is very high ! (Since I prefer to use high resolution images, i searched among Landsat images).
I would be thankful if you provide me some solutions and suggestions.

Cloud-free Landsat imagery for a particular area may be only available once in a decade (see our Bolivia and Majella articles); have you tried ASTER and SPOT (see our Rwanda article)?
You can also try MODIS or ASTER products.

In making use of any of the other products as put forward by @Orimoloye and Gils, please, remember to rescale or resample, if you want to consider using your Landsat product alongside.
Dear my advise to you since your study are is very cloudy that mean you are in tropical are so you need to build up your drone and use with this drone a small thermal device, to find LST

Dear Beni, you can check this two articles for your work. Authors are tries to remove the cloud by masking and surface temperature evolution.

Dear, if you apply cloud removal filter into your satellite images
will be very helpful to do so
