Please guide me how can i split a shape file in to 8 equal shape files (in ArcMap 10)?
I have uploaded a picture and file related to my question.
I have searched on YouTube and net but i couldn't find a proper guide for it.

You can use the Zonal Statistics tool in ArcMAP to calculate statistic on values from your original layer within the zones you newly constructed and save them to another dataset.
I'm not sure I entirely understand what you're asking, but if you are actually just trying to get 8 separate shapefiles, you can simply right click each one, hover over Data, then select "Export Data...".
But it's apparent from your example image that each of the layers is not equal as you're requesting. I'm not sure you're going to be able to create 8 exactly equal parts from the image in (1).
If instead the 8 parts were already merged into one shapefile (they already appear to be in separate layers in your attached image), you could use the Explode Multipart Feature tool on the Advanced Editing toolbar.
Again, I'm not sure I understand your question completely. If you could provide some extra clarification, that would be helpful. Thanks!
1. Splitting a input features,create a subset of multiple features classes.
2. The split field value is unique.

I want to split my original shape file to 8 exactly equal shape files. I couldnt find any Arcmap tool to do it. my shape file is a irregular polygon. hope i could make my question clear.

Thanks Majid for clarifying. So you want to divide an irregularly shaped polygon into 8 equal area polygons? A quick search reveals multiple discussions on the topic. Some have suggested ways using 'Create Fishnet' and 'Parcel Fabrics'. But I found a python script more suitable to answer your question. The first link 'Split Polygon feature by Percentage' has a python script which you can use with ArcMap by modifying and incorporating 8 polygons with 12.5 % area each. I think it should give you the desired results.
