If you only want to read voltage levels or something in the vicinity (not frequency) you can you an amplifier with a known Vin and Vout ratio between the input of your sensor and your signal source and then feed it through your sensor. You should make sure that your sensor should support a proper V- and V+ input levels to avoid any component related problems. Amplifying the voltage also means amplifying the noise as well; to fix this problem you need to use some proper filters. If you are measuring a voltage level withing a specific frequency, you may need to change your sensor entirely to something that would be able to cope with your specifics.
