you can not distinguish between your antibody labelling patterns by using secondary antibodies labelled with the same fluorophore, unless you will do the procedure step-by-step by labelling with the first ab + sec. ab,, photograph, strip the sample, and repeat with the next etc. This might result in loss of sample intgrity and might influence your epitopes, since stripping off antibodies is done under harsh conditions (low pH etc.).

If you want to detect the abs simultanously, you need for each primary antibody an antibody with a excission/emission wavelength that is clearly different from each other, AND you have to have a microscope (CLSM) that is capable to detect these fluorochromes effectively (detection in a narrow band). Furthermore, you have to carefully select the species your secondary abs come from to prevent crossreactions, so given you use a sec. ab. from sheep anti mouse to detect the mouse primary, you are not allowed to use a anti sheep secondary antibody to detect another primary antibody. since it will crossreact with the secondary antibody bound to the first primary ab.

I recommend made the stain with different expecimes, like goat with mouse and rabbit with mouse, not they together.. and never with the same flourocrome, like if one is FITC, the other obrigatory have to be alexa or other color, because if you do like Christoph made one mark, photograth and made the second one, that will not be good, you will lost the tissue or cells, after made the second stain, because the second antibody will made a ligant with the first one, that will happen if you made the block, because that requer the perfect block, and that is very difficult to  obbtain...
