Scholars who publish with predatory journals that aim at making real money from them without contributing to improving the quality of their papers are just digging their own graves of academic stagnation. If you want to develop as a real scholar,
you must avoid them completely.
Yes predatory journals tend to accept articles that would have been rejected elsewhere as long as you pay. This is also happening with high impact journals that are now paying the author for good article, Fair articles are published without payment and for low impact articles the authors are required to pay

It is only for increasing quantity of papers without enhancing quality. Quality is hard to judge, but know quantity very easier. People should write meaningfully. Only increasing quantity of literature, without original thoughts - is harmful the society and wastage of time.
