Paradox: The Alma Ata Declaration and the 10/90 paradox in global health resources utilization.
Explannation: Ninety percent of the Global resources are used in solving the health challenges of ten percent of the people in the world.
Countries with the largest populations have no resources to manage health while countries with the the least population have more than enough resources for health management.
In poor countries, 90% of the resources is used for treating the political class while !0% is used for the masses. This is against the universal declaration of health for all in the Alma Ata Declaration in September 1978.
