Lip+Lac decline at short echo time?

What would be the explanation for Lip+Lac decline in treated group compared to control one at short echo time (17 ms) in 9.4T in Glioblastoma mouse model. The treated animals received combination therapy and has shown significant decline as opposed to control group. Thanks.
