How to characterize the material parameters of pure epoxy matrices in an event of low velocity impact (LVI) simulation in abaqus?

I have two different epoxy matrices, in the events of low velocity impact (LVI) experiments, for a certain impact energy one matrix completely fractured and the other showed no visible damage in it.

If I want to simulate these events in ABAQUS, how can I choose the material plasticity and damage parameters along with their elastic properties?
