How do I get the total forces due to contact pressure (CFN) data from ABAQUS history output manager?

I am modelling a Low Velocity Impact (LVI) test. I have set the impactor as 'discrete rigid' while checking the box for 'CFN' with a set of the surface of impactor. In the 'interaction' module I have created 'general' contact.

The simulation is giving me these errors,

"***ERROR: THE CPSET OR THE SURFACE PARAMETER MUST BE SPECIFIED FOR HISTORY CONTACT OUTPUT "

"***ERROR: THE NSET PARAMETER CAN ONLY BE USED FOR BONDSTAT OR BONDLOAD OUTPUT"

How should proceed to get rid of these errors?
