With the war in Ukrania,Sudan ,and Gaza ,there are differences between goverments and puplic ,community and peoples ,How can media affecting elections in America ,Russia and middle east,as their bias in united nation and the reality?
Public Policy should be concerted with communities to solve a social need. According to Arroyave Alzate (2011), a public policy should be specific for:
1. Are defined for a specific social need.
2. Have a attention cycle.
3. Those are a function of capacity and the spirit of gobernors to perceive those social demands, it´s processing, it´s priorization and inclusion in the goverment agenda.
4. Specific results.
According to your question, the communities and social media can attract the goverment attention in order to impulse and rise a new policy to attend a actual social need.
