I came up with some sort of droplets inside the adipose cells while I'm culturing them under specific treatment which I can't see them in non-treatment group.
So my question is that: Does it mean that treated group is started to proliferate by the formation of these small droplets?

thanks for your response, it's a very good point that I did not know that! but I did the ICC for the mature adipose cells with PCNA as a proliferation marker and there was plenty of positive cells in compare to the treated group. How can I explain that?
Thanks again, As long as a tissue contain stem cell population, I think we can consider regeneration and proliferation for that since mine was human subcutaneous fat so it has a large number of progenitor cells, mesenchymal stem cell, and mature adipocyte.I think this can be rational for the higher PCNA expression in one group.
