Imagine possible organic molecules as the dimensions of a phase space.The L and D forms of chiral organic molecules (such as amino acids and sugars) have no differences in their biochemical respects to life on Earth except that it has D instead of L amino acids in its proteins and L instead of D sugars in its polysaccharides.

Not necessarily, since there is evolutionary chaos. Even, the intelligent life evolution pattern, based on carbon, DNA–RNA–protein, will differ from all possible sequences. In the following publication you will find more in-depth information and also a demonstration that the probability of life tends to zero than to one. Intelligent life is uncommon.
