My area of study is Deep-biosphere and extreme-biosphere Microbiology.

While proceeding with some exercises on Astrobiological studies..I had this following doubt..

We have a famous term "Dark Energy Biosphere" which relates to Microbial energy systems in Deep-biospheres. But High energy Particle Physics also has something called "Dark energy" !...used by astrophysicists and radio-astronomers.

Now when we go to work in frontiers like ASTROBIOLOGY, these two apparently distant fields come very close. So it may be a confusion, especially to us starters, whether we are referring to Particle Physics or Deep-biosphere microbiology. How do we go about resolving this...

Moreover, I just wonder, did experts who initiated great milestone programs like C-DEBI (Deep-carbon cycle) are actually referring to the Dark-energy particle physics too?

Thanks in anticipation!
