Hello
I used Real time PCR assay by L.Major and 3GPDH genes.
3GPDH is my hosekeeping gene.
May any one help me in normalization of this RT PCR?
Thank you Johannes
I had (Plasmid + cDNA) ctrl so I have the gene number of L.major and G3PDH and finally I used the ratio of L.Major/G3PDH.
As I know I should be acceptable.
Please tell me if you have any recommendation.
Thank you very much.
