Knock down of LncRNA?

I am currently looking for siRNA oligo sequences for knockdown of long noncoding RNA (LncRNA). The siRNAs I require are available commercially. There are several online tools available for custom designing of siRNAs. My question is which the best online tool available for the same since, each online tool give different oligo sequences and I just do not know which I should use. Is it preferred to use the commercially available siRNA?
