Indeed, as far as I can see this journal has no template, just follow strictly the guidelines as described here: https://www.elsevier.com/journals/journal-of-king-saud-university-science/1018-3647/guide-for-authors Some publishers provide and require the use of their template as far as I know Elsevier is not having this policy.

For (additional) examples you can check some papers already published. Normally they 'just' want plain text following their set-up/style, the actual editing will be performed once your manuscript is accepted.
