It looks like you isolated at least structures which show a vesicle like shape. Do you know the size of the miltenyi particles to at least compare them to the size of your probable exosomes?

The diameter of magnetic particles is 7 nm. It seems like the size of the structure is close to the size of exosome.

So it seems that these are exosomes.. you could check for other markers in western blot or with labled antybodies if possble?

The CD9 and TSG101 are positive in western blot.
