I would like to check if my protein of interest can bind to RNA of interest. Before moving forward I would like to check using any available prediction software. Please let me know if anyone knows the software and can be done easily.

If structure of both the protein of interest and RNA in isolation deposited in the Protein Data Bank (PDB), try performing molecular docking to get an idea of the intermolecular interactions between them...
Also, you can find motifs in proteins that recognises RNA - find more info from the following paper below :
