I want to start working on chemical bath deposition of SnO2 layer in perovskite solar cells. Is there any one who can tell me the simplest recipe, which can achieve higher efficiency as a reference cell? In my case the perovskite layer is Methyl amonium lead Iodide and HTL layer is Spiro MeOTAD. I will be thankful for your response.
