Yes it is possible to determine the pressure distribution on a laterally loaded pile using FLAC3D. You need to draw 2-dimensional stress contour plot i.e. closer to the pile. I recommend you to read the already published paper on laterally loaded pile using FLAC3D software. Find attached the one such paper for your reference.
