I would suggest you to create a model with Incremental Dynamic Analysis through the SeismoStruct Wizard facility in order to get an idea on how it could be employed to your model.

for tracing of IDA (Incremental Dynamic Analysis) go to post-processor in seismostruct. after that, choose the IDA Envelope. this panel appears in IDA analysis. so, choose maximum drift vs maximum Base shear. you can find maximum drifts in your diaphragm. but, IDA is acceleration response or PGA vs drift in different scales. Acceleration response could be define by seismosignal. acceleration response will decrease the dispersion in contrast to PGA.
