What is the effect of defatting method on the production of chickpea isolate? Is it possible to make isolate from chickpea flour without defatting and same technical properties?

Thank you İsmail. I want to use the cold press deffating method using n-hexane or petroleum ether and followed by acidic precipitation. Can I remove the dettating stage? The chickpea protein will be used in bakery products..
i think the defatting process can increase the purity and the yeild of the extracted proteins since lipids can make an obstacle for protein extraction
