I am a newbie in Brassica research. I am working on RFo (Restoration of Fertility of Ogura type MS) marker development for rapeseed. We have some very good SNPs identified from BSA. We are now narrowing down the particular SNPs related to the trait.
As you all know, Brassica napus is an allotetraploid (2n=38, AACC) crop having genome from Brassica rapa and Brassica oleracea, therefore, designing primers specific to the region of interest is particularly tricky. We generally use www.brassicadb.org for that, but this website remains down frequently which is significantly lowering the pace of our research activity.
Could you please suggest me any websites for Brassica primer blast other than brassicadb?

you can also use Arabidopsis database TAIR for preliminary analyses.
you can also use the main genomic tool from NCBI (https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/genome/annotation_euk/Brassica_napus/100/) to see what it will give you more.
