Is there any specific primer for amplifying cbbM genes of ammonia oxidizing bacteria (Beta-, and Gamma- classes of proteobacteria) ?

Can anyone suggest any articles that have published cbbM primers for ammonia oxidizing bacteria? Elsaide and Naganuma et al (2001) primers could amplify all autotrophs, but I need to focus on AOBs. any suggestions?

dear Kumar, If you could not find any published primer, you can get the gene sequences from genbank and based on your objective, you may be assisted to design your own and use in your research. Since you need specific detection a variable region of the gene will be ok. All the best
