Please if I want to do protein extraction, what is the best protocol for doing such extraction?
You need to specify what your starting material is - cells or tissue. Then, what proteins are you interested in looking at - e.g. nuclear proteins, secreted proteins etc. Protein extraction protocols will depend on these characteristics.
Dear Mirsada, Thank you very much. My starting materials are T-cells. I'm interesting in extraction surface proteins of these cells for further work.

I had a crystal hit in a well with 0.1M HEPEs pH 7.5, 10%(w/v) PEG 4000, and 20%(w/v) isopropanol. Why is isopropanol in w/v here if it's just solvent? How do I recreate this well condition?
