In research life.. I heard many times that if the fees of a journals are expensive comparing to other journals, that mean it is easy to accept the submitted article. In another hand, if the fees of publication for a journal is cheap that means it's difficult to get acceptance letter from it.. Is this sentence right or not?
Most leading journals do not have publication fees but fund their costs from library subscription. Publication fees are a disease that smaller publishers and journals suffer from as they cannot get libraries to subscribe to them.Most of them are essentially worthless.
There are a few good journals with open access which have value to established researchers who are interested in that their papers are available to read for people who do not have library access through a university library.
Young researchers are far better of publishing in subscription based journals for their first papers. Use open access later on or if you publish with a senior author who can afford the fee from a research grant.

Basically this conclusion is not true. Because some of the most prestigious journals like Lancet do not have any publication or acceptance fee; while we all know publishing with these kinds of journals is too difficult:-)
On the other hand some newly-lunched journals with publication or acceptance fee accept articles more easily for either providing financial sources or articles for their issues. So we can not consider this as a rule!
