I really appreciate if there is any help about the use of beta glucanase enzyme to degrade oat beta glucan.
I have EC 3.2.1.6 with the activity ≥1.0 units/mg solid.
I would like to see enzymatic degradation of oat beta glucan.
I am seeking information about the enzyme concentration to use at pH=7-8.
