I really appreciate if there is any help about the use of beta glucanase enzyme to degrade oat beta glucan.
I have EC 3.2.1.6 with the activity ≥1.0 units/mg solid.
I would like to see enzymatic degradation of oat beta glucan.
I am seeking information about the enzyme concentration to use at pH=7-8.

The enzyme concentration you need depends on several factors, including the source of the enzyme, the pH, the composition of the buffer, the temperature, the reaction time, the concentration of the substrate, and the desired extent of completion of the reaction. I recommend taking an experimental approach to the problem: try the reaction with a range of different enzyme concentrations under your conditions.
Thank you Adam. Since I could not find any relevant use of betaglucanase in the literature, I will do as you said. I will use different concentrations of enzyme.
