Even if it's not the optimal pH for a maximal growth rate, is it possible to observe the growth of one microorganism at several pH medium from 1 to 11? Which kind of microorganism could be grown in such a pH range?
Not usually in prokaryotes, but fungi are usually quite tough and even common soil fungi can be cultured in a quite wide range of pH.
I have a paper under revision describing two new species isolated from mine waters around pH 2. One of them was capable of growing at pH 2-10 in solid media and the other 1-10, being 10 the highest pH tested, though they were still showing quite large diameter colonies compared to the size at optimum pH
Although its range is not 2-11, Halobacterium sp. NRC-1will grow from pH 4.2 to (at least) pH 9.2 - http://f1000research.com/articles/3-168/v2. Halobacterium sp. NRC-1 will also grow in saturating levels of Na+ and one of its mutants is the most radiation resistant organism known.
