I mean it is known that a big protein structure it is made of different kind of proteins like muscle fibers composed by myosins, tropmyosins, actins and so on. They are expressed by different genes and for sure most of them have different transcriptional regulators but the cell achieve that all of them are in optimal proportions to performs their function optimally.

Yes you are correct that the proteins are expressed by different genes and yet the cells achieve the optimal proportions of them that is because of the appropriate signalling done. To understand that you will have to understand the whole pathway involved and the also the signalling involved if any of the factors in the pathway gets affected the product will be affected by becoming more or less leading to undesired condition and will affect the flux of the cell. You can study that using systems biology and bioinformatics, and to finalize it you will have to perform WETLAB experiments. Hope this helps.

Cilia are great examples because all of the structural proteins end up assembled into a huge complex (the axoneme) in precise proportions. Studies in Chlamydomonas show that it is a balance of transcriptional regulation, message stability regulation, translational regulation, protein stability that depends on forming the correct interactions with other proteins (so any "extra" protein that cannot find a partner is unstable and degraded), and the built in stoichiometry of the complex.
