Is there any kit available to detect Hepatitis B Virus pre genomic RNA and an Established method to detect Hepatitis B virus cccDNA?

I want corelate Hepatitis B virus PgRNA as an alternative marker. Which has a better predictive value than HBV DNA and well co-relate with intra Hepatic cccDNA.
