For allele scoring I use STRand https://vgl.ucdavis.edu/STRand

It is pretty convenient except for data storage which is a bit cumbersome.

For analysis (assuming population genetics) I can recommend GenAlEx https://biology-assets.anu.edu.au/GenAlEx/Welcome.html

Runs on Excel, allows for a pretty good range of analysis itself and automatic export for a lot of formats for other software (i.e. STRUCTURE)
