Calculation of Stern-Volmer quenching rate constant?

I have encountered a problem with calculation of binding and quenching constants from fluorescence quenching spectra which have a red shift. For that, do I need to take the intensities at the same wavelength or I must take the maxima values of the each curve? File is attached. Thanks in advance.
