But:
1) HSC-T6 and HK-2 are not cancer cell lines so are outside of the scope of COSMIC
2) HSC-T6 is not human (rat) and so also outside of the scope of the IARC database
And: it would be quite surprising that these two cell lines would not have wildtype TP53 as they have been respectively transformed by SV40 and HPV16 and that these 2 transformation process generally do not induce TP53 mutations. In any case I could not find any studies that point out toward a mutated TP533 in these 2 cell lines.
