Is there any databases of sequencing data for AD mouse models?

I am working with the NL-G-F and 5x FAD mice. Are there any sequencing databases publicly available to mine for brain or retina?

This paper (https://www.eneuro.org/content/6/6/ENEURO.0226-19.2019.long#sec-3) might come handy for this. There's a GitHub repo and R package associated with the paper and the Pavlidis Lab does a great job in managing these kind of data.
