Suppose the approximate grain size, strength of matrix (without Grain boundary precipitates), strength of the precipitated chemical compound and weight fraction of the brittle precipitate is known. Then what would be strength of the grain with brittle grain boundary precipitates?

For the contributions of the grain size and chemical composition, the 'Hall-Petch relation' and the 'solid solution strengthening' theories must be considered, respectively. For multi-phase materials then you need to apply an appropriate 'homogenization scheme'; there are several of them available. Note that with a good reasoning, one can add up these contributions in a certain manner.
For the GBs and GBs precipitation, there are few strengthening theories developed but they rather apply to the service performance of materials, e.g. studying their influence on 'creep' and 'fatigue' strengths. Note that the Hall-Petch effect already accounts for the role of GBs in strengthening. Hope these could help.
