Hi everyone,
I'm looking to determine a panel of different interleukins, chemokines and growth factors in a series of samples in a biorepository. Some of the patients have been included over a decade ago. I seem to remember that some analytes, (was it IL-8?) are particularly sensitive to degradation in storage.
Does anyone know of an overview article that looks at the stability of different analytes (in Serum) during (cryo)storage at different temperatures? Maybe I should exclude some parameters just because of stability issues.
