In my research I had 3 groups:

1) not-infected cells

2) cells with LV expressing GFP

3) LV expressing inhibitor.

The results I got showed that the group with the GFP was influenced by the LV.

Since my research concerns ERK, it showed that the GFP, or the LV itself, inhibited the ERK's nuclear translocation.

Do you know if the LV itself can affect cell proliferation?
