Hello.

I am a master student in a Vascular signaling laboratory. I am researching the use of lactone molecules and the effect of PLGA Nanoparticles (NP) with EPA-L on (Human umbilical vein endothelial cells) HUVEC cells.

I am looking for Calcium signals in known mechanism. now I'm using FLOU-4 for staining . the reading is carried out in ''Synergi H1'' for 1 h at a rate of one read every 40 sec. excitation / emission wavelength of 485/528 nm.

I tried to check the Calcium signals with this protocol on NP, and Controls (ionomycin, GW9805, 4aPDD, EPA-L, 14.15 EET) and I did not get any results.

Now, I'm looking for another staining protocol for this kind of cells. Thanks in advance.
