I have a DCB specimen. Is there an equation to evaluate the rate effect on DCB specimen under different rates? I need an equation that could evaluate the strain rate for a DCB specimen with a pre-crack, that crack propagate in specimen, so stiffness decreases.
How can I consider strain effect in Abaqus?
As Abaqus dose not understand the different between a test with 20mm/sec rate and 200 mm/sec rate.
Is there any software that consider Strain Rate automatically?

You can also implement strain rate effect equations using VUMAT in ABAQUS. If you have a tabulated data from experiments, you can develop an equation by regression and use the same.
