I have modeled a DCB specimen in Abaqus.I have used cohesive zone model in Damage Evolution.
I have calculated D and x relative with carefully ten decimals.
But Abaqus can not read more than 6 decimals and it caused some 40% error in final Run.
So how can i increase the accuracy of Abaqus decimals?

Didn't you try > viewport> viewport annotation option> legend tab and then increase the decimal place to 9 number?

I want to increase the decimal of Abaqus software when reading the data.
For example Abaqus must read these to numbers to add them together:
0.000000001and 0.000000008
in our calculator the answer is : 0.000000009
but Abaqus reads these 2 numbers as "ZERO" because it can not read more than 6 decimals.

Give the value as
1.e-8 (or whatever your number of decimals is).
If you use Abaqus Explicit, also check whether you need double precision.
I doubt single or double precision depends on abaqus standard or explicit. If you use fortran code for subroutine then use e for single and d for double. Single 7 and double 15 significant digits max. I think.
IIRC, Standard is always in double precision, but it is not an issue there because there is no danger of small numerical errors being blown up, that can only happen in explicit, where residuals are never checked.
