I am trying to set random initial values for some occupancy models in R, in response to getting some convergence warnings. I am using the RPresence package but cannot find any documentation files online describing the different functions in this package. Does anyone know how to do this or where I could find such a file to figure it out?

I think, you should use the set.seed() before executing functions.
