I'd love to hear from you about your experience working under leadership in the healthcare setting!

We are looking for professionals across the United States who have worked or are currently working in the healthcare industry. Specifically, we want to know about your leader’s empathy and if it has any effect on your intentions to stay employed at your current place of employment. We are reaching out in hopes that you will spend 15-20 minutes on a survey that will help us better understand leaderships empathy levels on employee retention. We are specifically looking for individuals who have had or currently have experience working in the healthcare setting; you are our ideal participant for this study.
