Is there a way to convert an Ir(III)-PF6 coordination complex to a water-soluble Ir(III)-Cl coordination complex without using sephadex?

I have synthesized a hexafluorophosphate salt of and Ir(III) cyclometalated complex. I have tried using a DEAE anion exchanger sephadex but that did not convert the PF6 to Cl. Is there another way to achieve a conversion?
